Billionaire businessman and real estate mogul King Ochacho has reportedly gifted newlyweds Peller and Jarvis a brand-new mansion worth ₦400 million in Abuja as a wedding present.
The surprise happened during their grand wedding celebration when King Ochacho took the microphone and addressed the couple and their guests.
According to him, houses around his palace are worth no less than ₦400 million. He then revealed that the decision to give Peller and Jarvis the property was inspired by his children, who told him that the couple deserved the gift.
He announced:
“Peller, on behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand-new house for you worth ₦400 million in Lifecamp, Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.”
The announcement reportedly sent the wedding guests into loud cheers.
Peller, who appeared overwhelmed by the unexpected gesture, thanked King Ochacho repeatedly and recalled how he first met the billionaire at another wedding.
He said he had jokingly invited King Ochacho to his own wedding at the time, without expecting that the billionaire would actually show up.
Peller also prayed for God's blessings upon King Ochacho and his family and expressed his appreciation for the extraordinary wedding gift.
The couple had already received another major gift before the mansion presentation — a plot of land in Abuja reportedly valued at ₦150 million from Promiseland Estate.
Peller and Jarvis, whose real names are Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, have had a highly publicised relationship since their proposal in Ghana in June 2026.
They subsequently completed their traditional marriage rites and bride-price payment in Benin City, Edo State, before their civil wedding in Lagos on July 29.
Their grand wedding celebration brought together celebrities, influencers, content creators, friends and family members.
With the reported ₦400 million mansion, King Ochacho's gift has become one of the major highlights of the couple's lavish wedding.
What do you think about this generous wedding gift from King Ochacho?
